Our Storage Terms
This firm will retain all files and documents relating to a client’s case in accordance with our Terms of Business.
Please note that the Firm cannot store files and documents indefinitely and therefore any documents/files will be destroyed after the times set out in our Terms of Business.
If a client asks for the Firm to retrieve any files, documents or deeds from storage there will be a charge made of £50 + VAT for retrieval of the same. This retrieval charge does not cover the cost of any additional time dealing with further instructions and any extra fees will be charged at the prevailing rate.
